Cancelling Policy

Cancelling more than 5 days before the event?
No fee or penalties.

Cancelling within the last 5 days?
Any one cancelling within the last 5 before the event does risk as small fee. This can vary between events and is only designed to cover the cost of any food already got.

Cancelling in the last 2 days?
Anyone cancelling in the last 2 days before the event will be asked to cover the cost of their food for the event. They may also be asked to cover the cost of there bed if site requires payment for it and the event is unable to fill the bed last minute.

Failing to cancel for the event and not showing up?
You will be asked to cover the fill site fee.

Please note Glen Rathlin will make reasonable efforts to ensure fees are kept to a minimal and all fees are at the autocrat’s decision.
