Flaming Arrow VII
ASPIRE centre, Clara House, Clara, Co. Offaly.
Friday 2nd to Sunday 4th May 2014

Hear Ye, Hear Ye, the Shire of Glen Rathlin is proud to announce that it is once more hosting Flaming Arrow. We are running it again as a full weekend full of fun archery shoots, good food and merriment.

Site: Aspire Centre, Clara House, Clara, Co. Offaly (Site is discreetly wet)

Cost: Adult – Weekend w. bunk: €45 (Bedding provided)
Adult – Weekend w. Crashspace/Camping: €30 (No bedding provided)
Adult – Day-trip w. Feast: €20 (One-day only)
Children under 5: Free (if no bed is needed)

Please make euro cheques payable to “SCA - Eplaheimr” and send to the autocrat. Reservations must be confirmed with full payment or 'flight/ferry booking confirmation' within 4 weeks of booking for the event.

Already booked

Getting to the site:
  • Route 20 (Dublin - Galway via Athlone) stops in Kilbeggan. This is the closest pick-up spot. Please indicate in your booking or arrange with the event steward before the event begins if you require a pick-up/drop-off.** DO NOT GET THE 20X** This service is non-stop to Athlone (from Dublin) or Dublin (from Athlone) along the M6.
  • Route 73 (Athlone - Waterford) stops in Clara village. The bus stop is a short walk from the site, however if weather or mobility are unfavourable pick-up can be arranged before the event begins.

  • Train:
    Clara is served by the Galway and Westport train from Dublin and the station is in easy walking distance from Clara House.
